Online Ordering instructions:
1. Go to ohslegacywall.com
2. Click on the Student/Faculty online order form
3. Fill out order form completely and click ‘submit’.
4. Print a copy for your records
5. Proceed to payment by clicking ‘Pay Now’
6. You have now been directed to myschoolfees.com
7. Create a user name and password of you don’t already have one
8. Click on ‘Utah’ for the state
9. Click on ‘Alpine’ for the district
10. Click on ‘Orem High’ for the school
11. Click on ‘other payments’
12. Click on ‘Legacy Wall’ payment type
13. Click make payment and enter the amount due for your plaque/s
14. Follow directions on the site to complete payment
Fax and credit card instructions:
1. Fill out and print form Student/Faculty print from website
2. Fax completed order form to: 801-227-8774 Please use a cover sheet and attn: Financial office
3. Call 227-8765 during school hours and speak with the financial office to make a credit card payment over the phone.
Walk in instructions:
1. Fill out and print form Student/Faculty print from website
2. Take completed order form to the financial office at Orem High School
3. Payments can be made: Cash, Check, or Credit Card Mail in: Mail the completed order form and check/money order to: Orem High School Attn: Financial Office 175 S. 400 E. Orem, Utah 84097 Make the payment out to: Alpine Foundation All orders are donations and are tax deductable.
